If a person, firm, corporation, or business does not comply with any provision of this chapter or with a contract requirement established under this chapter, WSDOT may impose one or more of the following penalties: Withholding payment, suspension or revocation of the prime contractor's prequali-fication in accordance with chapter 468-16 WAC, or suspension or termination of the contract.
