Section 468-100-007 - Federal agency waiver of regulations

The federal agency funding the project may, on a case-by-case or project basis, waive any requirement in this chapter not required by law if it determines that the waiver does not reduce any assistance or protection provided to an owner or displaced person under this chapter. Any request for a waiver by an acquiring or displacing agency shall be justified on a case-by-case or project basis.
