Section 468-10-440 - Standards of ethical conduct

All persons appearing in an adjudicative proceeding shall conform to the standards of ethical conduct required of attorneys before the courts of Washington as required by the rules of professional conduct. If any such person does not conform to such standards, the presiding officer may decline to permit such person to appear in a representative capacity in the adjudicative proceeding.
