Section 468-10-400 - Application of this chapter

This chapter applies to all adjudicative proceedings under the jurisdiction of the department of transportation or the secretary of the department of transportation: Provided, That the rules shall not apply to appeals under RCW 47.28.070 and joint hearings under RCW 47.68.290.
