Section 460-11A-040 - Multijurisdictional offering notice of claim of exemption under RCW 21.20.320(11)

An issuer or underwriter conducting a multijurisdictional offering to existing security holders of the issuer pursuant to the exemption of RCW 21.20.320(11)(b) may give notice to the director by filing the registration statement Form F-7 with a cover letter claiming that exemption.
