Section 456-10-547 - Recording of hearings(1) All hearings will be recorded by manual, electronic, or other recording device.(2) Photographic and recording equipment will be permitted at hearings; however, the presiding officer may impose conditions upon their use to prevent disruption, or when a statute or law limits such use.Wash.
