A motion for summary judgment may be granted if the written record shows that, viewing the evidence in a light most favorable to the nonmoving party, there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that a party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Motions for summary judgment must comply with WAC 456-09-555.
