Section 437-06-030 - Public records officer

The commission shall designate a public records officer, located in the commission office, who shall be responsible for implementing the commission's rules regarding disclosure of public records, coordinating staff in this regard, and generally ensuring compliance by the staff with public records disclosure requirements.
