Section 434-750-140 - Equal opportunity for participating organizations and federations

All CFD participating organizations and federations must be given an equal opportunity for communication in a participating employer's local CFD campaign.

This section may not be construed to require a participating employer to distribute or arrange for oral or written information other than the official CFD campaign and publicity material.
