Section 434-324-140 - Requests for list of registered voters

The auditor or secretary may require each person who requests a list of registered voters under the authority of RCW 29A.08.720 and WAC 434-324-130 to sign a request which includes penalty requirements as set forth in RCW 29A.08.720 and 29A.08.740.
