Section 434-324-095 - Cancellation due to death - Forms

Pursuant to RCW 29A.08.510, the auditor must furnish to the public upon request forms for the purpose of permitting registered voters to request that the voter registration record of any person, whom they personally know to be deceased, be canceled.
