Section 434-120-270 - Impairment of surety bond

In the event that a final judgment shall impair the liability of a surety bond and the full amount required is not in effect, the charities program shall close the registration of such commercial fund-raiser. The commercial fund-raiser may reregister when it has restored the full amount of the required bond liability and satisfied all judgment claims.
