Section 420-04-085 - Petitions for adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule

Any person may submit a petition requesting the adoption, amendment or repeal of any rule by the board, pursuant to RCW 34.05.330 and the uniform rules Amended by the office of financial management that are set forth in chapter 82-05 WAC.
