Section 415-112-620 - When will my disability retirement allowances begin to accrue?(1) If you qualify for a disability retirement allowance without first qualifying for temporary disability benefits, your retirement allowance will start according to the provisions governing service retirement in WAC 415-112-520.(2) If you qualify for a disability retirement allowance after having first qualified for TRS Plan 1 temporary disability benefits, your disability retirement allowance will start the first of the month following termination of your temporary disability allowance, and will otherwise be consistent with WAC 415-112-520, which governs service retirement.Wash.
