Section 415-108-441 - Purpose and scope of compensation earnable rules

WAC 415-108-443 through 415-108-488 codify the department's interpretation of statutes and administrative practice regarding classification of payments as compensation earnable in PERS Plan 1, 2, or 3. These rules will be used to determine the proper characterization of payments occurring prior to and after the effective dates of these sections.
