Section 415-104-485 - How do I apply for a disability benefit?(1) The department must receive: (a) A completed DRS disability retirement application;(b) Additional information required by the department; and(c) Any other material you want the department to consider.(2) The process for determining eligibility for a disability benefit can be lengthy and may require additional documentation to complete.Wash.
