Section 392-502-070 - Renewal process(1) The initial approval of an online provider will be for a period of four consecutive full school years.(2) In the final year of the online provider's approval, the superintendent of public instruction will automatically renew the approval for a successive one-year period on October 31st, to be effective at the start of the following school year.(3) Nothing herein limits the authority of the superintendent of public instruction to rescind an online provider's approval pursuant to WAC 392-502-060.Wash.
