Section 392-172A-07057 - Records related to grant funds(1) The superintendent of public instruction and districts shall keep records that show: (a) The amount of funds under the grant;(b) How the funds were used;(c) The total cost of the project;(d) The share of that cost provided from other sources; and(e) Other records to facilitate an effective audit.(2) Records shall be maintained to show program compliance, including records related to the location, evaluation, and placement of students eligible for special education services and the development and implementation of individualized education programs. Program and fiscal information records shall be available to authorized representatives of the OSPI for the purpose of compliance monitoring.(3) Records shall be retained for six years after completion of the activities for which grant funds were used.Wash.
