Section 392-168-115 - Applicability This chapter shall apply to federal programs authorized under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and administered by the superintendent of public instruction, including the following:
(1) Title I, Part A: Improving Basic Programs Operated by Local Educational Agencies;(2) Title I, Part B: State Assessment Grants;(3) Title I, Part C: Education of Migratory Children; (4) Title I, Part D: Prevention and Intervention Programs for Children and Youth Who Are Neglected, Delinquent, or At-Risk;(5) Title II, Part A: Supporting Effective Instruction;(6) Title III, Part A: English Language Acquisition, Language Enhancement, and Academic Achievement Act;(7) Title IV, Part A: Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grants;(8) Title IV, Part B: 21st Century Community Learning Centers;(9) Title IV, Part C: Expanding Opportunity Through Quality Charter Schools;(10) Title V, Part A: Funding Transferability for State and Local Education Agencies;(11) Title V, Part B, Subpart 1: Small, Rural School Achievement Program;(12) Title V, Part B, Subpart 2: Rural and Low-Income Schools;(13) Title VIII-General Provisions .
