Section 392-122-010 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish policies and procedures for the distribution of state moneys to school districts and charter schools for the state special education program, the institutional education program, K-3 class size, the learning assistance program, the transitional bilingual program, and the highly capable students education program.
