Section 391-95-290 - Commission action on appeals

If an order is appealed under WAC 391-95-270, the entire record in the proceedings shall be transmitted to the commission members. The commission may request the parties to appear before it to make oral argument as to any or all of the issues in the matter. The commission shall, on the basis of the record and any briefs or arguments submitted to it, determine the appeal, and shall issue appropriate orders.
