Section 391-55-321 - Fact-finding prehearing conferenceThe fact finder may, upon the fact finder's own motion or upon request of a party, convene a prehearing conference.
(1) The purpose of a prehearing conference is to consider any one or more of the following: (a) Simplification of issues;(b) Identification of evidence or supporting documentation that either one party or both may be required to bring to the hearing;(c) Limitations on the number and consolidation of the examination of witnesses;(d) Procedural matters; and(e) Any other matters that may aid in the disposition or settlement of the case.(2) Prehearing conferences may be held by telephone conference call or other electronic means at a time and location specified by the fact finder.Wash.
