Section 391-55-245 - Interest arbitration-Award

The rulings and determination of the neutral chairperson are control-ling and do not require concurrence but may be accompanied by any concurring or dissenting opinions of the partisan arbitrators. The rulings and determinations are not subject to appeal to the commission, but the neutral chairperson shall submit a copy of the award to the executive director.
