Section 391-55-090 - Confidential nature of mediation

Mediation meetings are not open to the public. Confidential information acquired by a mediator must not be disclosed to others outside of the mediation process for any purpose, and a mediator may not give testimony about the mediation in any legal or administrative proceeding.
