Section 391-35-250 - Commission action on appeals

If an order is appealed under WAC 391-35-210, the entire record in the proceedings must be transmitted to the commission. The commission may request the parties to appear before it to make oral argument as to any or all of the issues in the matter. The commission shall, on the basis of the entire record transmitted to it, determine the status of each position, classification, or group covered by the appeal and issue appropriate orders.
