Section 391-35-090 - Notice of hearing

If it appears to the executive director or designee that a disagreement exists which could be the basis for issuing an order clarifying the bargaining unit(s), a notice of hearing will be issued and served on the parties. A notice of hearing may be amended or withdrawn before the close of the hearing.
