Section 391-25-610 - Procedure where no objections are filed

If no objections are filed within the time set forth in WAC 391-25-590, if the number of challenged ballots does not affect the determination of the question concerning representation, and if no run-off election is to be held, the executive director shall issue a certification having the same force and effect as if issued by the commission.
