Section 391-08-040 - Appearance and practice before agency-Former employee or former member of attorney general's staff as witness

Except upon the express written consent of the agency, a former member of the commission, former employee of the agency, or former member of the attorney general's staff assigned to represent the agency may not, at any time after severing employment with the agency or with the attorney general, appear as a witness on behalf of any party in connection with any case or proceeding in which that person participated personally or substantially during the time of employment with the agency or attorney general.
