Section 390-05-505 - Electioneering communication exclusions

"Electioneering communication," as defined in the act and used in these rules, does not include communications expressly excluded from the definition in the act, such as communications conveyed through websites, emails, telephone calls, or in-person leaflet/pamphlet drops at street addresses.
