Section 390-05-007 - Public disclosure commission- Description of organization(1) The public disclosure commission is a five-member commission appointed by the governor with the consent of the senate. The commission is assisted by staff , who are managed by an executive director appointed by the commission.(2) Electronic communications to the commission should be sent to pdc@pdc.wa.gov.
