Section 388-891A-1180 - What types of insurance does DVR pay for?(1) If you meet the conditions for DVR to pay for a VR service as outlined in WAC 388-891A-1100, DVR pays to insure assistive technology devices, equipment, and products.(2) DVR must not pay for any other types of insurance. Prohibited types of insurance include, but are not limited to, health, vehicle, home, and life insurance.(3) DVR must not pay for bonds or guarantees that result in liability for DVR.Wash. Admin.
