Section 388-891A-1176 - When does DVR transfer ownership of a vehicle that DVR purchased and loaned to you?
(1) DVR transfers ownership of a vehicle that DVR has purchased and loaned to you when you achieve an employment outcome, as described in WAC 388-891A-1310, and you maintain the employment for at least ninety days.
(2) Once you have maintained the employment for at least ninety days, and before DVR transfers ownership of a vehicle that DVR purchased and loaned to you, you must submit documentation to confirm:
(a) You are the registered owner of the vehicle;
(b) You have a current driver's license; and
(c) You have current insurance to cover the cost of replacement for loss or damage at the time DVR transfers ownership.
