Section 388-891A-1172 - When does DVR provide services to facilitate driving a personal vehicle?(1) DVR provides services to facilitate driving a personal vehicle, as described in WAC 388-891A-0866, when the use of a personal vehicle is necessary for participation in VR services or to secure, maintain, advance in, or regain employment.(2) DVR will not provide services to facilitate you or another driver driving a personal vehicle if: (a) Either you or the driver is uninsured; or(b) The DVR counselor has obtained information and documented any fact that raises a question regarding driving safety.Wash.
