Section 388-891A-0200 - May a guardian or another representative request an exception to a rule, mediation, or fair hearing on my behalf with DVR?

Your chosen representative, legal guardian, or court-appointed representative may act on your behalf when you would like to request an exception to a rule, mediation, or fair hearing.
