Section 388-865-0385 - Behavioral health organization managed care plan-Behavioral health screening for children The behavioral health organization (BHO) managed care plan is responsible for conducting behavioral health screening and treatment for children eligible under the federal Title XIX early and periodic screening, diagnosis, and treatment (EPSDT) program. This includes:
(1) Providing resource management services for children eligible under the EPSDT program as specified in contract with the division of behavioral health and recovery; and(2) Developing and maintaining an oversight committee for the coordination of the EPSDT program that must include representation from parents of medicaid-eligible children.Wash.
