Section 388-06A-0140 - What happens if I don't comply with the background check requirement?

The department will deny, suspend or revoke your license, contract, certification, or disqualify you to care for children if you or someone on the premises of your home or facility having unsupervised access does not comply with the department's requirement for a background check.
