Section 388-25-0435 - What steps may the department take if a child placing agency does not meet the requirements of this chapter?(1) In addition to any sanctions included in the department's contract with the CPA, the DCFS social worker must stop payment of the agency administrative fees in accordance with department procedures if the department does not receive the child's report in the time frame stipulated in WAC 388-25-0425.(2) The DCFS social worker must inform the regional licenser and contracts coordinator when there are continuing problems with reports.Wash.
