Section 388-845-1915 - What are speech, hearing, and language services?(1) Speech, hearing, and language services are services provided to a person with speech, hearing, and language disorders by or under the supervision of a speech pathologist or audiologist.(2) Speech, hearing, and language services are available under the basic plus, community protection, core, and individual and family services waivers.Wash.
