Section 388-845-1110 - What are the limits of stabilization services - crisis diversion bed?
(1) Support needs for stabilization services - crisis diversion beds are limited to those identified in the waiver participant's DDA assessment and documented in the person-centered service plan.
(2) Stabilization services - crisis diversion beds are intermittent and temporary. A behavioral health professional may make a recommendation about your need for stabilization services - crisis diversion beds. The DDA person-centered service plan determines the duration and amount of stabilization services -crisis diversion beds you will receive.
(3) The costs of stabilization services - crisis diversion beds do not count toward the dollar amounts for aggregate services in the basic plus or CIIBS waiver or the annual allocation in the individual and family services waiver.
(4) Stabilization services - crisis diversion beds are limited to additional services not otherwise covered under the state plan, including EPSDT, but consistent with waiver objectives of avoiding institutionalization.
