Section 388-845-4010 - How do I appeal a department action?(1) Your rights to appeal a department decision are in RCW 71A.10.050 and WAC 388-825-120 and are limited to an applicant, recipient, or former recipient of services from the DDA.(2) If you want to appeal a department action, you must request an appeal within ninety days from receipt of the department notice of the action you are disputing.Wash.
