If you are unable to understand your person-centered service plan and the individual who has agreed to provide assistance to you as your necessary supplemental accommodation representative is unable to assist you with understanding your person-centered service plan, DDA will take the following steps:
(1) Consult with the office of the attorney general to determine if you require a legal representative or guardian to assist you with your person-centered service plan;(2) Continue your current waiver services; and(3) If the office of the attorney general or a court determines that you do not need a legal representative, DDA will continue to try to provide necessary supplemental accommodations in order to help you understand your person-centered service plan.Wash.
