Section 388-835-0715 - Does DSHS place upper limits on the reimbursement rates it pays providers?DSHS limits its reimbursement rates to the following:
(1) Reimbursement rates for providers cannot exceed the provider's customary charge to the general public for the type of service covered by the rate.(2) Public facilities rendering services for free or for a nominal charge will be reimbursed according to the methods and standards established in this chapter.Wash.
