Section 388-835-0610 - Can DSHS accumulate cost report information and use if for department purposes?

DSHS may accumulate data from properly completed cost reports for:

(1) Use in exception profiling and establishing rates; and

(2) Analytical, statistical, or informational purposes that the department considers important.
