Section 388-834-0005 - Who is affected by the rules in this chapter? The rules in this chapter affect individuals who are:
(1) Being referred to a medicaid-certified nursing facility who have, or may have, an intellectual disability or related condition as defined in this chapter; and(2) Individuals who have been determined to have an intellectual disability or related condition and who are residing in a medicaid-certified nursing facility.Wash.
