You may receive any combination of the following services - up to your state-funded individual and family services (IFS) annual allocation - but only if the service addresses a need identified in your person-centered service plan:
(1) Architectural modification under WAC 388-832-0185;(2) Copays for medical and therapeutic services under WAC 388-832-0235;(3) Excess medical costs not covered by another source under WAC 388-832-0165;(4) Occupational therapy under WAC 388-832-0170;(5) Parent and sibling education under WAC 388-832-0300;(6) Physical therapy under WAC 388-832-0170;(7) Positive behavior support and consultation under WAC 388-832-0280;(8) Recreational opportunities under WAC 388-832-0315;(9) Respite care under WAC 388-832-0143;(10) Specialized medical equipment and supplies under WAC 388-832-0200;(11) Specialized nutrition and clothing under WAC 388-832-0215;(12) Speech, language, and communication therapy under WAC 388-832-0170;(13) Training and counseling under WAC 388-832-0265;(14) Transportation under WAC 388-832-0250; and(15) Vehicle modifications under WAC 388-832-0186.Wash.
