Section 388-831-0090 - Will I be notified if the division determines that I cannot be managed successfully in the community protection program?

If the division determines that your health and safety needs cannot be met and you cannot be managed successfully in the community protection program with reasonably available safeguards, you and your legal representative will receive this determination in writing.
