Section 388-829R-210 - When may DDA stop payment authorization for overnight planned respite services?DDA may stop payment authorization for overnight planned respite services if:
(1) The provider demonstrates inadequate performance or inability to deliver quality care that jeopardizes the client's health, safety, or well-being;(2) The provider does not complete the corrective actions within the agreed upon time frame;(3) The provider fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter; or(4) DDA has a reasonable, good faith belief that the client's health, safety, or well-being is at risk.Wash.
