Section 388-829R-085 - Are overnight planned respite providers responsible to transport a client?(1) The client and client's primary caregiver are responsible for transportation to and from the respite services.(2) The overnight planned respite services provider must ensure that the client's transportation needs are met during the respite stay as identified in the client's overnight planned respite services individualized agreement.Wash.
