Section 388-829C-460 - When must DDA deny payment and terminate a companion home provider's contract?

DDA must deny payment and terminate a companion home provider's contract if the provider:

(1) Is no longer providing paid services to the client; or

(2) Fails to maintain certification as a companion home provider.
