Section 388-829C-070 - Who must have a background check?
(1) All people, except the client, must have a background check if they are sixteen or older and:
(a) Live in or routinely stay overnight in the companion home; or
(b) May have unsupervised access to the client in the companion home.
(2) Any person required to have a background check under this section must have a nondisqualifying background check result every two years, or more frequently if requested by DSHS.
